Starting March 5, 2026, restaurants and bars with on-premises liquor licenses can buy up to six bottles of wine or spirits every week, straight from your friendly neighborhood liquor (“package”) store. No more waiting around for wholesaler deliveries when you run out of crowd favorites!

• Weekly Purchase Limit: Up to six bottles (wine or spirits) from local package stores every week.

• Why It’s Awesome: Quickly top off your shelves & keep those best-sellers in stock

• Paper Trail Required: Both the buyer and store must keep detailed transaction receipts ready for SLA inspectors.

• Don’t Forget Uncle Sam: Double-check that you’re also following any relevant federal (TTB) rules alongside state law.
